Lance Boldt: aftermarketALLY

This month, we’re honored to celebrate a leader whose allyship is not just professional—it’s deeply personal.

Lance Boldt is a proud father of seven—across three races, including children with Down syndrome and one who is gay. He often says he wasn’t born an ally—but he became one through love.

That love has shaped how he leads at home, in his community, and across the automotive aftermarket. His journey has been one of presence, growth, and deep empathy.

As a co-founder of AutoNetTV Media, Inc., Lance’s inclusive leadership style contributed to the natural evolution of a diverse and representative team—where the 50-person organization reflects a wide range of identities and perspectives. That didn’t happen by accident. It happened because inclusion was embedded in the company culture they collectively built.

From championing dott.® and supporting Women in Auto Care to his heartfelt work with Dragon Dads—a national community of fathers who show up with open hearts to love, support, and advocate for LGBTQ+ youth—Lance leads with compassion and conviction. Whether he’s marching in Pride, offering “Free Dad Hugs” to those who’ve been disowned, or speaking up in the boardroom, Lance models what it means to create belonging wherever he goes.

As Kirsten Zaremba beautifully shared in her nomination, Lance’s allyship “comes from a place of deep humanity.” And it shows—in his leadership, in his mentorship, and in the quiet, consistent ways he makes others feel seen and valued.

Please join us in celebrating Lance Boldt as our June #aftermarketALLY—a leader who reminds us that allyship isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, using your voice, and choosing courage every day.
