Whether at Yelp, as CRO of RepairPal, a podcast host for "Coffee with Kathleen", volunteer at African Library Project or through her leadership in Women in Auto Care, Kathleen has used her voice to elevate others—especially those who don’t look, live, or lead like her.

She amplifies underrepresented voices, opens doors for new talent, and challenges bias with empathy and action. Kathleen reminds us that allyship isn’t about speaking for others—it’s about making sure they’re heard.
